How do I get started finding a truck driving school?

What are the requirements for attending truck driving school?

To attend an accredited truck driving school or training program, you must be at least 18 years old if you will be driving only within Florida or at least 21 years old if you will be driving across state lines.  In addition, you must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident and be able to speak, read, and write English.

When you apply for your CDL (commercial driver’s license) upon successful completion of truck driving school, you will be required to pass a physical exam mandated by the Department of Transportation every two years and a drug test.
